Agent Tour

With owners permission, I will hold a “Broker’s Open” within 7 days of listing your home for sale. This is essentially an invitation to all licensed agents in the area to tour your home and provide comments.

 

Listed on HiCentral

Within 24 hrs of you agreeing to sell your home, it will be listed on the Hawaii MLS (HiCentral).

 

Custom Marketing

A custom website will be created to market your home for sale.
A “Just Listed” card will be mailed to homes throughout your neighborhood.
A custom email containing colored photographs and a link to the website will be sent to my personal and business contacts.

 

Hawai'i Life Connect

After listing your home for sale, I will personally present your home to the agents in my office at our next weekly office meeting.

 

Signage

With owners permission, I will install a “For Sale” sign at the property.

Pre-listing Inspection

When the time comes for the potential buyer of your home to perform the home inspection, my goal is to minimize what the inspector reports. Knowledge is potential power. That is why I personally pay for a home inspection prior to listing your home so we can be aware of any problems and consider addressing them. This way is a great way to eliminate or minimize one of the biggest hurdles in the home selling process.

Staging

When suitable, I will have your property professionally staged to further enhance the appeal to any potential buyer.
